Looking for Head Coach
Tasks and area of responsibility:
- Selection of the squad
- Preparations, follow-up, and accompanying training camps
- Preparations, follow-up, and accompanying competitions, including preparatory matches and tournaments
- Active involvement in establishing and appointing the coaching staff (assistant coaches) in consultation with the National Teams Directorate
- Collaboration and overall coordination with the national team programs U20, SIXES, and BOX to effectively support players
- Promoting the development of players and coaches in Germany
- Year-round support and development of the team
- Providina feedback for lavers and assistant coaches Collaboration with the DLaxV, particularly the National Teams Directorate
Requirements:
- Accountability, self-initiative, and high self-motivation
- Proficiency in Enalish and/or German
- Excellent communication skills, experience in communication with officials, coaches, and players is desired
- Several years of coaching experience Experience at the international level
Looking for General Manager
Tasks and area of responsibility:
- Establishment of a Leadership Team:
- Budgeting and financial management of events
- Management of the Women's FIELD National Team's trust account
- Travel planning, accommodation arrangements, and catering for players and staff during competitions and major events
- Supervision of scouting and training camps, exhibition matches, and training sessions
- Support and assistance for the team at national and international events
- Participation in regular coordination meetings with the National Teams
- Directorate
- Collaboration with the DLaxV, especially the National Teams Directorate
Requirements:
- Responsibility, self-initiative, and a high level of self-motivation
- Teamwork. coordination. and communication with the DLaxV board and

- Coordination and communication with international organizations (I0C. World Lacrosse)
- Proficiency in English and German
- Knowledge and experience in men's respectivelv women's lacrosse
